Responsibility Says:
The responsibility of the people to secure themselves, their houses, papers and effects, from any unreasonable searches and abduction under any invalid nature and any purpose, shall be firm. Also, it is a responsibility to ask for search warrant or warrant of arrest, validated and determined personally by a higher authority, which states reasons for the searching of described place and for seizing that person or other things.
