Right Said:

(1) The privacy of communication and correspondence shall be inviolable except upon lawful order of the court, or when public safety or order requires otherwise as prescribed by law.
(2) Any evidence obtained in violation of this or the preceding section shall be inadmissible for any purpose in any proceeding.

Responsibility Says:
(1) It is the person’s responsibility to keep every communication and correspondence in private, in a wise way. That is, as long as the subject will not be a concern to public safety, the law and the country as a whole, the privatization of any communication is a valid action.
(2) Any evidence that will lead to any violation of this or the preceding section shall be prohibited, regardless of any arranged purpose.
